The Three Towns Youth Forum organised their first Young People Awards evening on Friday 18th to recognise inspiring young people who have achieved great things in their local community.
51 people in total were nominated for an award at the ceremony which took place at Crook Golf Club, and 30 people were shortlisted to receive one of nine special awards.
The awards were a chance to say a big well done to some amazing individuals and groups of young people aged 11 to 19 who live in Crook, Willington, Tow Law or the surrounding villages.
