Tow Law preview new season

Local football team look forward to the start of another season

Tow Law Town FC are looking forward to the beginning of a new season.

Chairperson of the club, Sandra Gordon, explained that preparations for the new season were going well, including the donation and sponsorship of the kit, as well as fundraising events.

“Training’s gone well, and Ian’s strengthened the squad. At the end of last season we were lacking some goals, but Ian’s brought Lee Hamilton in and Mark Nixon, so that will strengthen there,” said Sandra.

“Pre-season couldn’t have gone any better, to be honest. I’ve brought a big squad in at the start, having about 25 in training” said Ian Davison, Player Manager, of the team’s pre-season.
