Local History: Durham Castle and the Walls

Next meeting of Crook Local History Society. Richard Annis presents ‘Durham Castle and the Walls’ about the time when the whole of the Durham Peninsula was known as ‘The Castle’ and was protected by a 1.5km wall and sub divided by other walls. Doors open 7pm for 7.30 start. Admission only £3. All welcome – bring a friend!
