Couch to 5K Run @ Woodhouse Close

Working with qualified run leaders on a weekly basis, RunTogether take you through a progressive program which will hopefully enable you to have the fitness and confidence to run 5K in just 10 weeks. Participants are also encouraged to do 2 sessions at home each week. Run leaders will explain everything at the first session. Sessions take place from Monday 4th September until Monday 6th November, meeting at Woodhouse Close Leisure Complex at 6pm. Sessions are free, but you must sign-up to participate.
