Bishop Auckland Civic Society present: Talk: Aycliffe, the last 12,000 Years

John D Clare taught History in Newton Aycliffe for 32 years, and is now a County Councillor on the town. He asserts that the history of the town is not only interesting, but nationally significant. This presentation picks up its narrative as the last Ice-Age retreats, and takes the listener on an exciting journey through time.
